Work Opportunity:
We are building a team of field inspectors to help with occupied property verification and basic interior/exterior inspections for residential homes.
This role is ideal for responsible, detail-oriented individuals who care about doing accurate work and representing themselves professionally in the community.
What the work includes:
Verifying occupancy
Exterior property inspections
Interior inspections (when authorized)
Photo documentation & simple reports
Ideal candidates:
- Trustworthy & dependable
- Comfortable visiting residential properties
- Good communication skills
- Able to follow instructions & meet deadlines
- Background in inspections, real estate, construction, or field work is a plus (not required)
Moms that need a flexible schedule, individuals that may have experienced a tough time with background checks, needing to supplement income, if you have transportation and a cell phone you can do it!
This is independent contractor work with flexible scheduling.
