Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant upscale dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences by ensuring that all guests receive prompt, attentive, and friendly service.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy in orders.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
• Handle cash transactions using POS systems efficiently and accurately.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to food handling and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fine dining setting.
• Knowledge on higher end wines and wine pairings.
• Strong math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Knowledge of food service operations, including menu items and beverage pairings.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for efficient order processing.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
