We are looking for a part time Esthetician or Cosmetologist to become one of our waxing specialists. This position has varying hours that would be arranged and include mainly evening and weekend hours to start. Need flexible schedule of availability to begin and some on call availability is highly advantageous in the applicant selection process. Our right fit will have a passion to provide beauty services mainly consisting of full body waxing, brow services and potentially some spa services like facials. The right applicant must currently be able to perform body and face waxing services independently, and have attended and passed required training for state licensing from beauty school with a current state license in Esthetics or Cosmetology. Our ideal candidate has a great personality, dependable work ethic, and excitement to grow a career with us. Valid current Indiana Esthetics or Cosmetology license is required to be considered. The waxing specialist will be responsible for providing professional full body waxing services to clients, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, love to talk with people, and the ability to work efficiently as well as focus on maintaining cleanliness of their work environment at all times. Must have current knowledge of waxing techniques and be able to perform with soft wax as well as hard wax and be able to demonstrate this technique.
