BLUF: We are seeking high-performing, creative interns to support the design, development, and rollout of a new RPG product line tied to Mission Match and the broader NAVGT ecosystem. This is a hands-on role working directly with leadership, creative direction, and external partners to bring a commercially viable game to market.
Desired Qualifications
o Game Design, Game Studies, or Interactive Media
o Creative Writing, Storytelling, or Narrative Design
o RPG systems (tabletop or digital)
o Educational or purpose-driven games
o Think creatively and execute quickly
o Work in a fast-paced startup environment
o Experience with Unity, tabletop prototyping, or card game design
Performance Outcomes (What Success Looks Like)
• Contributed to a playable RPG prototype within 60–90 days
• Delivered at least one narrative module or mission set
• Supported live playtesting event execution
• Provided actionable feedback incorporated into final product
