Duties
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team during service, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to recipes and standards
- Prepare and cook menu items with precision, demonstrating advanced knife skills and culinary techniques
- Oversee food handling procedures, maintaining strict food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
- Assist in menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and portion control to optimize quality and consistency
- Coordinate with dietary department staff to accommodate special dietary needs and meal requests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment by enforcing proper food preparation and storage practices

Qualifications
