Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely to ensure optimal results
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols at all times
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and trash bags to maintain operational readiness
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in every task
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently and effectively

Experience

• Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a strong team player
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
• Clear communication skills to follow instructions accurately and report issues effectively
