Duties:
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking orders and handling payments efficiently.
- Prepare and present food and beverages to the highest standards, ensuring all dishes meet our quality control requirements.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to food safety and handling procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Upsell and suggest menu items to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service, demonstrating a willingness to help and support the team.
- Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
