This role performs all Sanitation Operator responsibilities while also completing weigh-ups, batching/blending to spec, operating production equipment, and performing cellar work as needed.

The Production Operator is responsible for executing production activities to create liquid product for packaging. This role performs all Sanitation Operator responsibilities while also completing weigh-ups, batching/blending to spec, operating production equipment, and performing cellar work as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Production Execution
- Perform raw material weigh-ups accurately
- Execute batching and blending operations to specification
- Monitor process parameters and ensure product meets quality standards
- Operate production equipment including CIP Cart, RO System, Deaeration Skid, Brewhouse/Pilot Brewhouse, Hot/Cold Liquor Tanks, Batching Table, Blending Skid, Fermenters, and Brite Tanks
- Perform cellar work such as tank prep, transfers, and staging product for packaging
- Perform CIP and sanitation of tanks and equipment
- Fill tanks with DA water and support equipment readiness as required
- Heat and maintain the HLT as needed
- Follow all facility GMP, SQF, and Food Safety Program guidelines
- Maintain sanitary conditions and follow contamination prevention procedures
- Report food safety or quality concerns immediately
- Complete batch documentation and production logs accurately
- Coordinate with Quality and Packaging to execute production to plan
- Open to relocation to McKinney, TX.
- Willing and able to be physically present on the production floor daily.
- Demonstrated ability & experience to perform this job at the level required for this role
