Part-Time Food Production Associate
Location: Cuyahoga Falls, OH
Pay: $18–22/hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Part-Time (approximately 20–30 hours per week, with potential for additional hours)
About Us
NOSH Butters is an SQF-certified manufacturer specializing in premium nut butters and private label food production. We're a small, growing company looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing high-quality products safely and consistently.
Responsibilities
- Produce and package premium nut butter products
- Accurately weigh ingredients and record production data
- Follow recipes and production procedures precisely
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Complete food safety and quality documentation
- Follow SQF, GMP, sanitation, and food safety procedures
- Assist with labeling, palletizing, inventory, and shipping as needed
- Help maintain an efficient and organized production facility
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Highly organized
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working with numbers and basic math
- Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures exactly
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Safety conscious with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous food manufacturing or food production experience
- Experience working in an SQF, BRC, HACCP, GMP, or other food safety environment (preferred but not required)
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Experience with inventory or warehouse operations is a plus
