Nosco is looking for a Production Piler for the 2nd shift at our Pleasant Prairie, WI facility.
As an employee owner in this position, you support production with raw materials and/or work-in process as required by specific needs. Additionally, assist with multi-color press wash-ups and press feeding materials.
In this role, you will…
- Operate available equipment to ensure production objectives are met.
- Sets up and operates jogger/aerator asset to set production requirements per SOP’s, related work instructions and control riders.
- Complete documentation correctly and identify defects from production.
- Ensure quality system procedures are always followed.
- Ensure safety guidelines are practiced and a priority.
- Assists on multi-color press wash-ups or press feeding when daily work priority list is complete or caught up.
- Experience with basic cGMP and documentation in a manufacturing environment, preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Flexibility to work any shift and overtime when needed, sometimes on short notice
- Commit to good attendance and function with good, team-building behavior while operating within Nosco's policies and procedures
- Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods.
- Physical Requirements: twisting, turning, squeezing, grasping, reaching, reaching over equipment, kneeling, crawling, pulling, extended periods of standing, ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Long periods of concentration.
- Speaking, hearing and vision are also essentials to performing job functions.
