Whether you're entry-level, looking for your first job or you have a decade of experience, we are looking for you
Essential Functions:
- Assisting residents with all personal care such as grooming, bathing, feeding, dressing, oral hygiene and incontinence care.
- Observing, reporting, and responding to changes in resident conditions.
- Attending required in-service training events.
- Providing and receiving resident reports at the beginning and end of every shift.
- Maintain clean and safe environment for resident safety.
- Perform other assigned duties.
All Applicants Need To Have:
- Current Ohio STNA license—unencumbered
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team
- A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work every other weekend and holidays.
