Regional Sales Rep – (Washington/Oregon/Idaho)
Location: Remote from home and person must reside in the region.
Norwood Sales, Inc. is rapidly growing and we are expanding our sales team. We are seeking a highly motivated, performance driven Regional Sales Rep to help us meet our customer acquisition, growing marketplace presence and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage the sales activities and development of the assigned territory.
- Identify new dealers to ensure market coverage in the territory.
- Be responsible for maximizing the territory and dealer’s potential, developing sales plans and executing them with the customers.
- Build and promote strong long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs, achieve growth and sales targets.
- Continually develop knowledge of the products, identify industry trends and strategies for future success and growth in the assigned territory.
- Attend and manage the farm exhibitions in the assigned territory.
- Work in a cooperative manner with other employees on an inter or intra departmental basis.
Qualifications:
- 5 years in agriculture sales, territory and dealer management. Selling agriculture equipment or related equipment is preferred.
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, strong customer focus, sales driven and attention to detail.
- Able to travel up to 70% of time.
