What are the responsibilities and job description for the 5th Grade Elementary Teacher position at Norwood Elementary School?
Norwood Public Schools is seeking a dynamic candidate with effective instructional delivery techniques to serve as an elementary teacher. The teacher will instruct students in order to develop competence and an understanding of fundamental primary skills. This position requires the teacher to instruct using the Colorado State Standards as a foundation for what we want students to know and be able to do.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Colorado State Teacher License for Teaching Positions (K-6 Teaching Certification)
- Must meet Highly Qualified Teacher (HQT) requirements as defined by Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA)
- Must pass a general background check (BCI/FBI)
