What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Assistant Aide position at Norwood City School District?
Norwood City School District has several full time Student Assistant Aide openings. We have openings at Williams Avenue Elementary, Norwood View Elementary and Norwood High School. Some positions are working with students in a specialized classroom environment and some are 1:1 with a particular student. Starting pay is $18.75 an hour, working during the school year (9 month position) with payment year-round. Hours of work will be either 7:30am to 3:00pm or 8:00am until 3:30pm (7 hours per day / 5 days per week). Full benefits include medical and dental insurance, a fully-paid term life insurance policy, a preloaded benefit card for medical expenses, 3 personal leave days per school year, sick leave of 1.25 days accrued per month, an attendance incentive of $250.00 per quarter (with an extra $500 on top of that to reward perfect attendance all year) and 9 paid holidays during the school year.
