Resource Manager/ Junior IT Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Information Technology candidates
- Second level screening of pre-qualified IT candidates
- Review candidates, submit qualified candidates to clients
Requirements:
- 2 years of recruiting, staffing, or related experience
- Experience with IT staffing solutions for defined, project-based work
- Client Service focus and solution orientation with a sense of urgency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Office356 and Excel
- Must be able to manage and resolve complex situations while maintaining a team culture that has a high level of responsiveness to its customers
- Exceptional professionalism, strong writing and editing skills, and the ability to quickly understand complex service areas and departments
- Must be able to wear “all hats” related to recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interface with clients
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships and networks
