- Responsible for the management and maintenance of all

- Responsible cadet roster uploads for class registration for the
- Maintains accurate records of cadet rank, job and room
- Ensures compliance with institutional policies related to
- Receives and processes cadet evaluation reports.
- Manages the Corps cadet promotion system.
- Prepares and publishes Unit Manning Report (UMR).
- Prepares and publishes annual Order of Merit Lists (OML).
- Coordinates promotion board schedules and administrative
- Drafts and publishes promotion orders.
- Administers data entry of cadet rank and promotion results into
