Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced medical environment. This role involves managing patient interactions, handling medical records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. On site training for this position is provided upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering multi-line phone systems and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with the intake process, including gathering patient demographics and insurance information.
- Utilize EHR system to manage patient information effectively. Proficiency with computers is preferred.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist is preferred but not required
- Strong computer skills with proficiency is required.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
