Summary/Objective
Responsible for assisting the molding team. This team member must maintain a positive attitude and have a high level of integrity.
Essential Roles
- This position requires flexibility to learn new positions anywhere in the company.
- This position supports the shift lead.
- Understand basic operation of ovens.
- Participate in all quality testing procedures on product.
- Understand and follow all standard operating procedures to ensure quality products are produced in a safe and efficient manner.
- Report all errors in product line using Non-Conformance Report (NCR)
- Assist in identifying root causes of issues and eliminate quality problems.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
- Able to Perform and retain a series of operations correctly and consistently.
- Captures and understands build procedures.
- Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience
- Experience with plastics manufacturing, injection molding or blow molding – preferred, not required.
- High school diploma or GED
