Job Description
The Regional Director will oversee and manage all operations, training, and business development activities within the assigned region. This position requires strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to cultivate client relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Lead regional operations, including training program delivery, business development, and team management.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
Manage and coach regional managers, trainers, and support staff to achieve performance goals.
Ensure compliance with maritime industry standards and government regulations.
Build strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and regulators.
Monitor regional budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 7 years of regional management experience.
Proven track record in team leadership, business development, and client relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel regionally (up to 40%).
Salary Range and Compensation Package
Base salary: $110,000 to $140,000 annually (based on experience and location).
Performance bonus: Up to 15% of base salary annually.
