Licensed Pesticide Applicator - Lawn Care Technician

• Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers following certified applicator guidelines to maintain lush lawns and landscapes.
• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify pest issues, weed growth, and turf health.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment efficiently to perform maintenance tasks.
• Drive company vehicles safely between job sites, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Use landscaping, and pest control techniques to promote healthy growth and pest prevention.
• Communicate clearly with clients about treatments performed, recommended follow-up actions, and safety precautions.
• Maintain detailed records of applications, treatments, and service reports in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Valid Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator license with a strong understanding of pesticide regulations and safety procedures.
• Valid Driver's License
• Experience in lawn care, pest control, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and landscaping equipment.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely and confidently for daily travel between job sites.
• Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment as needed.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members effectively.
