Lawn Care Team Lead - Sign-on Bonus $1500

Must be able to work occasional Saturdays 7:30 am – 1 pm.
Year-round duties include leading a crew for fall / spring clean ups, lawn care, and snow removal. Full benefits, retirement, paid time off, and annual bonuses are all available after the probation period of 45 days.
Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of experience in commercial lawn care
- Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- No criminal record
- Responsible, reliable, and timely
- High level of professionalism while interacting with customers
- References showing prior work experience in this industry
- Bi-lingual a plus (hablas espanol y ingles)
- Ability to work in all climates
- Weekend availability
