Job Description Summary
This role will oversee daily clinical operations and support our healthcare team across multiple office locations. The charge nurse will assist the Clinical Manager, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient workflow, and compliance with policies and procedure. This role works closely with all staff to maintain a safe and organized clinical environment.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate and oversee daily clinical operations
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing and support staff
- Assist physicians during vein and vascular procedures and provide patient education regarding treatment plans
- Monitor patient assessments, vital signs, and clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Travel to Medina, Norwalk, Ontario, and Avon office locations
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio
- Previous nursing experience in a clinical, outpatient, or procedural setting
- BLS Certification
- Experience with Nextgen EMR system (Preferred)
- Ability to travel to other offices as needed
