The ideal candidate will have experience advising on real estate matters for energy projects, including renewable energy developments. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with project finance teams on sophisticated energy and infrastructure matters. This position will sit within the firm’s market‑leading Projects Real Estate team, which supports complex, high‑profile transactions across the energy sector.
Key Requirements:
- 6 years’ experience as a real estate lawyer.
- Law firm experience practicing real estate law required.
- Experience drafting and negotiating real estate agreements.
- Experience supporting renewable energy projects preferred.
- Strong academic credentials.
Location: This position may be based in any of the firm’s U.S. offices, including Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, San Antonio, San Francisco, St. Louis, and Washington D.C..
