Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Coordinator, People Engagement who will be responsible for organizing and implementing the firm’s people-first initiatives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist Manager in coordinating logistics related to internal People-First councils and networks.
- Coordinate event and training logistics with attention to detail by drafting invitations, tracking registration, project managing program execution, and proactively identifying solutions.
- Coordinate, promote and support internal people-first meetings and events as required, including researching and booking speaker engagements, catering, arranging video and teleconferencing, and room/venue reservations.
- Organize meeting logistics and agendas for all aspects of people-first activities and events, including People-First Committee quarterly meetings, councils and networks strategic planning meetings.
- Develop internal presentations, quarterly newsletters, and other materials showcasing people-first initiatives.
- Utilize internal data metrics to produce timely and accurate data reports for people-first councils, networks and committees.
- Support the firm’s participation in people-first conferences, sponsorships and other external people-first activities through accurate record keeping and communication with firm stakeholders.
- Track the US People-First budget and provide regular updates to the committee chairperson.
- Compile data, analyze, prepare presentations and report on US and Global firm people-first metrics.
- Work alongside Marketing and Business Development Teams to manage survey requests from clients, publications, and professional organizations.
- Assist Business Development in tailoring responses on bids and RFPs.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to update people-first marketing materials, including the firm’s external and internal pages.
- Identify and prepare applications for people-first accolades and recognition opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Human Resources on people-first policies and best practices for tracking people-first data.
- Collaborate with departments across the firm’s People & Development Team.
- Build and maintain relationships with external organizations and vendors.
- Keep abreast of industry benchmarking reports, industry trends and best practices.
- Help identify opportunities for process improvements of administrative work across the People Engagement Team.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed such as managing the department calendar, submitting expenses, taking and collecting event pictures, printing and shipping materials, purchasing promotional items, recommending and implementing network activities and providing general administrative support.

Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum of three years of professional experience, ideally with a focus in corporate environments and people-first related work.
- Demonstrated ability to detail with confidential and highly sensitive information.
- Proactive self-starter who can self-manage and work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, responsiveness, and excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrate good judgment and accountability for delivery excellence service.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both written and oral.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Professionalism, personal integrity, and high degree of confidentiality.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment, including the ability to prioritize.
- Advanced user in Microsoft Office.
- Strong computer and technical skills.
