Responsibilities
The Workforce Development Financial & Data Analyst is responsible for Workforce Development and other assigned departments data analytics and reporting, along with budgeting and forecasting for Workforce Development and other assigned departments programs. The incumbent must have a firm understanding of financial principles, cost accounting, general ledger, reimbursement and financial modeling to assist in the development & maintenance of key metrics scorecards & other reports. The Workforce Development Financial & Data Analyst contacts program participants to assist program requirements and contract terms. This role accounts for all program data, analysis and verification of data integrity, as well as budget trending and reporting for any assigned departments. The Workforce Development Financial & Data Analyst collaborates with Finance and People Analytics to ensure data needed for departmental analysis is accurate, complete, and provided timely to meet all deadlines.
Qualifications
Required:
- Three years of data analytics, finance or accounting experience.
- Bachelor Degree
