Responsibilities
The supervisor of the credentialing enrollment team is a working management position. The incumbent is responsible for providing direct leadership, management, and evaluation of all office employees, including but not limited to running audits, training, and handling of the administrative duties. Serves as a liaison to staff, providing feedback to the Manager/Director/System VP for trending, problem solving and evaluations. The incumbent will ensure the delivery of competent and efficient processes. Provides guidance in the attainment of departmental system goals and promotes engagement and teamwork among all personnel. Ensures best outcomes by promoting and enforcing that state, government and health plan enrollment requirements and compliance are met on an on ongoing basis by auditing enrollment submission timeline.
Qualifications
Required:
- With a Bachelor's Degree: Three years healthcare and/or credentialing
- Without a Bachelor's Degree: Seven years healthcare and/or credentialing
Desired:
- One year leadership
