Responsibilities
The Sr. Treasury Specialist assist the Manager with operations of the treasury team. Protect company’s assets by preparing Bank Reconciliations and ensuring timely and accurate preparation and filing of escheatment, sales and use tax returns and 1099’s. Other responsibilities include cross training other associates to assist with process above and maintaining accurate records for accountants and audit use. Provide assistance to leadership on any updates or changes in regulations that affect the 1099, sales and use taxes, or escheatment process. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- Three years accounting or treasury experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field
Desired:
- One year of 1099, sales tax, escheatment, bank reconciliations experience
