Responsibilities
The Senior Business Intelligence & Clinical Info Analyst works in Norton Healthcare’s (NHC’s) system office as part of a team of statisticians and data analysts supporting business requirements to develop methodologies and programs to extract structured and unstructured data elements into a Data Warehouse, enabling statistical analysis of processes and outcome measures. This includes, but is not limited to, designing, writing and conducting complex statistical analyses to measure and develop recommendations for improvement, serving as an internal expert and consultant on statistical and computer techniques related to data capture and transformation and providing timely, accurate and useful analytical datasets for use in internal and external reporting.
**This position has the opportunity to be a hybrid position. You will be asked to complete training at a Norton Healthcare facility and must be able to come in for business purposes. Employees in this role must reside in Kentucky or Indiana**
Qualifications
Required:
- Five years conducting and reporting complex data analysis using statistical software
Desired:
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality
