Responsibilities
The role of the Recruitment Sourcer is to work proactively and in response to the recruitment initiatives identified by the Talent Acquisition department, in order to best meet the goals of Norton Healthcare and the needs of our employees. Responsibilities include posting management, proactively sourcing and interviewing applicants, organizing and attending events, and assisting with talent attraction programs. The Recruitment Sourcer will help support recruitment initiatives throughout the entire recruitment and employment process within the Norton Healthcare system. These responsibilities are to be carried out in compliance with Norton Healthcare's standards and in accordance with all state and federal law.

Qualifications
Required:
- One year human resources, recruitment or sales
- Bachelor Degree
- One year human resources in a healthcare setting
