Responsibilities
Under general guidance, the Intermediate Clinical Application Systems Analyst assists in developing, configuring and maintaining application systems and follows control processes including requests for changes, and enhancements. Supports existing clinical information technology systems including routine maintenance, problem management and troubleshooting. Analyzes system needs, helps to investigate solutions and presents and implement recommendations to senior analyst and management. Serves as a liaison between system vendors and internal users and other IS partners. Must possess a working understanding of industry requirements and business implications of technology solutions to the current clinical environment. Competent to work on all phases of applications systems analysis, programming, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting activities with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
Required:
- With required Bachelors degree: 5 years of experience in Clinical application support or Healthcare Information Technology
- With Associates degree: 7 years of experience in Clinical application support or Healthcare Information Technology
- Associates Degree
- EPIC Certification/Accreditation: Must obtain EPIC credential through either certification or accreditation
Desired:
- Bachelors degree in healthcare related field, Information Technology, or Informatics
