Responsibilities
The Accounts Payable Analyst plays a critical role in the complex procure-to-pay cycle by analyzing data and supporting strategic improvements. This role monitors and ensures operational excellence surrounding our electronic data interchange (EDI 810 invoices) through GHX into Workday. This role is responsible for the analysis and reconciliation of the received not invoiced (RNI) balances and the month-end RNI accrual reporting. This role reviews and analyzes high volume and high value vendor accounts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of discrepancies; and supports the AP Manager in process improvements.
Qualifications
Required:
- One year experience in accounts payable with required degree
- Advanced Excel skills
- Bachelor Degree
