What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN - Med/Surg/ER - PRN position at NORTON COUNTY HOSPITAL?
Norton County Hospital has a PRN opportunity for an RN to join our healthcare team. This position will work 12-hour shifts, with weekends and holiday schedules as needed. The PRN RN provides direct patient care to ER and inpatients and may assume shift supervision when on duty, including directing patient care activities, supporting peers, functioning as a clinical resource, and acting as a liaison to the Acute Care Manager. This position will work across ER, acute, skilled, and intermediate levels of patient care, providing flexible support as required. PRN nursing staff must work a minimum of one (1) shift every three (3) months and be up-to-date on compliance education prior to start of each shift.
