We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to help keep our workplace running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you’ll be the face of the office—creating a welcoming environment for visitors while supporting day-to-day operations across teams.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming office experience
- Manage daily office operations, including supplies, mail, and facilities coordination
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and office logistics
- Partner with vendors and service providers to support office needs
- Support team meetings, events, and occasional office activities
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and functionality of shared spaces
- Assist with special projects and provide general administrative support as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in office administration, office management, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive, customer-service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and Navan (or similar platforms)
Work Environment & Schedule
- Onsite role (in-office presence required)
- Part-time schedule: approximately 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Flexibility to support occasional overtime, events, or team activities as needed
- Ability to lift and move light office supplies when necessary
Salary : $40 - $45
