Admissions Nurse Responsibilities:
- Initiates the nursing admission assessment and completes the documentation for the nursing admission process.
- Promotes guest satisfaction by completing the nursing admission process in a thorough and prompt fashion.
- Communicates with staff nursing care for the guest by giving a report on the admission assessment findings and guest needs or concern.
- When Admission’s Nurse is not required due to census or staffing constraints, must be able to take guest(s) as needed. Refer to Registered Nurse job description for job functions, responsibilities and activities.
- Coordinates prospective guest referral process in collaboration with referral team.
- Receive calls regarding information about Encore and referrals to the Transitional Rehabilitation Care facility.
- Works within the interdisciplinary team structure to complete the guest’s initial Plan of Care at the time of admission.
Wellness Director Requirements:
- One years of nursing supervisory experience.
- Currently hold an RN license through the WA State Board of Nursing.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills, fostering teamwork across departments for a holistic service approach.'
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37.00 - $43.00 per hour
