Duties
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers to perform lawn maintenance and landscape tasks
- Perform mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and tree care to maintain the health and appearance of lawns and garden.
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation
- Support landscape maintenance tasks such as soil preparation, fertilization, and horticultural care to promote healthy growth
Experience
- Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and landscaping machinery such as excavators or other construction equipment is a plus
- Knowledge of plant care, tree trimming techniques, and hardscape installation will enhance your effectiveness in this role
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and operating equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
