Account Payables/Payroll Coordinator
Northwood Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation an 85 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center is currently seeking a qualified AP/Payroll Coordinator to manage, maintain and process facility payroll and accounts payables.. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, has experience in an administrative capacity, including but not limited to processing payroll and accounts payable and is capable of managing multiple tasks with ease.
A successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an with payroll and payables processing experience. Candidate will need to be able to demonstrate outstanding communication skills and prove to be a reliable team player.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work as part of a team.
Be able to prioritize multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
Process Payroll
Process, Organize and Maintain Facility Payables
Process/Maintain Employee Files
Organize Onboarding and Orientation
Interact with people in a professional, courteous manner.
Be able to maintain confidentiality regarding company information.
