Associate Residential Manager

The Associate Residential Manager supervises all aspects of the residential programs to ensure the health, safety, welfare, and personal development of individuals. The manager oversees the service and planning for individuals, ensuring the outcomes in their individual support plans are implemented. The manager also oversees the development of the home's employees. They attend the regular meetings that are held relating to the care of the individuals, including, but not limited to, monthly employee meetings at the home and treatment team meetings. The manager represents Northwood Health Systems when associating with individuals from the community, parents, and other human service agencies.
An Associate Residential Manager should have at least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual / developmental disabilities. Supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications:

- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background check
