Community Support Technician
Our Residential
& Community Support team is seeking a dependable, compassionate person who
enjoys helping others develop skills and build confidence. As a Residential and
Community Support Technician you will work with individuals with mental illness
and help them develop skills they need to live more independently and
successfully in their homes and communities. This role focuses on helping
individuals strengthen everyday living skills, build social connections, access
community resources, and work toward their personal goals. If you are looking

Qualifications:
- Minimum
of 18 years of age
- High
School diploma or GED
- 1
year of mental health experience is preferred
- Valid
drivers license in good standing is required
- Must
pass a background check
Responsibilities:
- Provide
support and training with basic daily living skills
- Assisting
individuals in developing and practicing social skills
- Supporting
participation in community activities
- Communicate
effectively with individuals and members of the support team
- Maintain
professionalism, dependability, and appropriate boundaries
