We are seeking a skilled and compassionate FULL-TIME Clinic Nurse to join our rural health clinic.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a clinic setting, including triage, assessments, and vital signs
- Assist assigned provider with exams, procedures, treatments, patient follow up and schedule management
- Administer medications and injections per provider orders
- Perform wound care, foot care, immunizations, and patient education
- Coordinate care, referrals, and follow-up with patients and external services
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
- Support daily clinic operations and collaborate with the healthcare team
Schedule & Position details
This nurse will have a 36-40-hour/week schedule, Monday-Friday during clinic hours, in our Northwood clinic.

- Base pay starting at $22.38. Candidates with prior relevant experience may be eligible for a higher starting wage.
