JOB REQUIREMENTS: Signing bonus eligible! Summary/Objective: This is a
Supervisory role in a Custom Wire and Cable facility at Northwire,
Supervising 10 25 employees. Candidate should have proven Leadership,
Teamwork, and Safety skills that will enable you to succeed. Ability to
plan, coordinate, organize, and control production processes. Needs to
work with other Supervisors and Support Departments to ensure the
efficient production and quality of goods and services meet or exceeds
the Customer\'s expectations through motivation, coaching, and modeling
the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Northwire. Essential Functions:
Northwire ERP. 3.) Manage the production process to ensure safety,
quality, and on-time production 4.) Assist in the development and
achievement of production metrics, maintaining efficiency and quality.
adjust the schedules as required. 7.) Manage product standards and
enforce quality-control programs. 8.) Work with managers effectively to
execute the policies and goals of the organization. 9.) Assist with the
training of new recruits and updates on Work Instructions, Control
Plans, and other required documentation. 10.) Keeping up to date on
health and safety strategies. 11.) Collaborate with various departments,
such as purchasing, shipping, quality, etc. to prevent any delay in
production and on time shipment. 12.) Supervise and coach Team Members
and appraise their work performance. 13.) All other duties as assigned.

Demands: 1.) The physical demands described here are representative of
those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the
essential functions of this job. 2.) While performing the duties of this
position, the TEAM Member is frequently required to move about on the
production floor talking or listening to fellow TEAM Members and direct
reports. 3.) Lifting up to 50 lbs. on infrequent basis is required. 4.)
Specific Vision Abilities Required By This Position Include Close
vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth
perception and ability to adjust. 5.) Stand and work for long periods of
time and bend or twist. 6.) Must work on ite daily in accordance with
their schedule. Expected Hours of Work: Flexible schedule and
willingness to work extended hours as needed to complete work as
required. Required Education and Experience: High school diploma or
equivalent. Associates (preferred). 1 to 3 years of production
lead/supervisory experience or equivalent experience. If a NWI employee,
the candidate must be in good standing, knowledgeable of NWI team
Processes, Proficiency In ERP And Quality Management Systems. Preferred
Education and Experience: BA in manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial,
