Job Description:
As an entry-level Jr. Paid Ads Specialist, you will assist in the development, execution and maintenance of paid digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Meta, LinkedIn and more. You will help drive traffic and conversions, working closely with other team members to optimize campaigns and achieve our clients' goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and managing paid digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta LinkedIn and additional platforms.
- Conduct basic keyword research and help with ad copywriting and campaign setup.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in making adjustments to optimize results.
- Help segment audiences and implement retargeting strategies.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Assist in analyzing data to measure campaign success.
- Work closely with team members across different departments to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Interest in digital marketing, especially paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta and others.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or other advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn data analysis tools.
- Good communication skills and eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creative problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or one (1) year of relevant experience).
