What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Northwind Property Mgmt?
Local management group seeks Maintenance Technician for multi-family property with approximately 200 units.
The individual will be responsible to maintain the physical condition of the community. Be responsible for executing maintenance requests by diagnosing problems and making repairs and ensuring that service requests and repairs are made in a timely manner by self or by working with others. Evaluate the condition of vacant apartments are prepare them for new residents according to company standards.
Qualified candidates must have the following experience:
2 -3 years apartment maintenance or related field.
Basic appliance repair.
HVAC - EPA certification or ability to obtain certification within 60 days of hire.
Basic plumbing.
Basic electrical.
Drywall repair.
General carpentry.
Ability to be on-call approximately 1 week per month.
