Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, guide, implement and evaluate learning experiences of students in clinical and classroom settings, demonstrating skill as a clinical practitioner.
- Communicate effectively with personnel using appropriate channels.
- Collaborate with colleagues in nursing and other disciplines.
- Demonstrate knowledge of current trends in nursing education and nursing service.
Nursing Adjunct Qualifications:
- Must meet the Oklahoma Board of Nursing’s requirements for Nursing Faculty.
- Two years full-time practice as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting required.
- Prior teaching experience required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Dedication to the advancement of nursing and the nursing profession.
- Currently licensed as Registered Nurse in State of Oklahoma.
