A Day in This Role Might Include
- Entering and verifying child and family data in ChildPlus
- Troubleshooting a data issue for a teacher or manager
- Running reports to help leadership make decisions
- Updating forms or improving a workflow to make things easier for staff
- Coordinating documents for a newly enrolled family
- Following up with a medical office for required records
- Helping prepare materials for a training or event
- Helping at the front desk for
Every task you complete helps ensure children receive the services they need.
What You’ll Be Responsible ForData & Systems (Core Focus)
- Maintain accurate, complete records in ChildPlus and other systems
- Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies
- Generate reports for compliance and program tracking
- Support digital forms, workflows, and system improvements
- Train and assist staff with data entry and reporting tools
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
- Prepare and distribute forms, packets, and program materials
- Support enrollment processes (waitlist, acceptance, records)
- Coordinate purchase orders and vendor communication
- Assist with training preparation and logistics
- Provide general office and front desk support as needed
Program Support
- Assist with in-kind tracking and reporting
- Support updates to policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with staff and partners
- Participate in recruitment and community engagement activities
What We’re Looking ForRequired
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of administrative, data entry, or related experience
- Experience working with databases or data systems
- Strong attention to detail (this role depends on accuracy!)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Preferred
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with ChildPlus or similar systems
- Experience with reporting tools or workflow systems
- Medical terminology familiarity
