We're Excited About You Because You Have
4 years of professional experience in software development
A proven track record of delivering high-quality software systems
Deep expertise in 1 or more programming languages and frameworks (Preferably Java, Kotlin, Javascript / Typescript, React, Node,)
Strong architectural understanding of systems
Experience building both visually-rich frontend presentations and backend APIs
Experience with Unit, Regression, and Integration testing
Experience with version control using Git
A leadership mindset, with the ability to influence technical decisions and mentor others
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves :
Advanced knowledge of testing frameworks, CI / CD pipelines, and performance monitoring
Exposure to analyzing and improving efficiency, scalability, and stability of various systems
Experience working with databases (e.g. SQL, Postgres, Mongo)
Experience building cloud-native applications in AWS or other cloud providers
Compensation Range : Pay Range - Start :
102,060.00
Pay Range - End : 189,540.00
