Summary: Join our Servicing Design Team as an essential member, where you will create and maintain tools that our Client Service Representatives in the Home Office rely on as well as other integrated and connecting experiences. You will work closely with a committed team of designers, product managers, and engineers to update and improve the key areas of the servicing tooling and experience. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Analyze complex features and flows, balance user needs and business needs, and find solutions that make the complex feel simple Lead the creation thoughtful journey maps, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes Follow an iterative, evidence-based design process, prototype, define experiments, and validate design ideas Produce work that follows UX best practices, internal guidelines, and also brings fresh ideas to the table Understand how to leverage qualitative and quantitative research insights to inform design decisions, and how to design an MVP with a longer-term vision in mind Collaborate with other designers, product, and engineering partners, to deliver impactful work to users Juggle multiple projects with varied, scope, complexity, and timelines simultaneously Qualifications: A track record of delivering impactful design solutions and a history of successful collaboration with product and engineering partners in an agile product delivery organization Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Graphic Design or related field and/or equivalent professional experience 3 - 6 years as a product designer with a strong track record of crafting user interfaces that engage and delight users A self-starter who is user-focused, detailed, and solutions-oriented Curiosity to understand the user *Effective communicator of the user's perspective throughout the design process An understanding that UX is more than just UI, but includes all user-centered design activities from research, concepting, flows, sitemaps wireframes, prototypes, annotations, and more Working knowledge of Figma and other design and prototyping tools to get the job done An effective online portfolio available for viewing Basic knowledge of the fundamentals of user-centered design, visual design, brand development, and how products are put together #LI-Hybrid Compensation Range: Pay Range - Start: $84,350.00 Pay Range - End: $156,650.00 Geographic Specific Pay Structure: 200 - Structure 110: 92,820.00 USD - 172,380.00 USD 200 - Structure 115: 97,020.00 USD - 180,180.00 USD We believe in fairness and transparency.
