The Role
As a Marketing & Operations Associate, you will:
- Lead our Marketing & Brand Management throughout the community. Engagements, social media, and branding.
- Work alongside our team to manage Investment Operations. Account opening, maintenance, trades, etc.
- Operate as our lead advisor's paraplanner as needed. This entails aiding in the preparation of any documentation needed for the financial plan presentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics, or related)
- Strong analytical skills with comfort using spreadsheets, planning tools, and CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Creative mindset with interest in branding, communication, or community engagement
- Prior financial services or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
