Front Desk/Creator of First Impression
Role:
The Front Desk/Creator of First Impression is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors while providing essential administrative support to new financial representatives and the managing director. This role involves managing reception duties, onboarding, and assisting contracting & licensing activities to ensure smooth integration for new team members. Additionally, the coordinator plays a key role in compliance and maintaining accurate records to support overall office efficiency and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Reception Duties:
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area/ reset conference rooms/ beverage and café reset and beverage supplies, and order as needed.
2. Administrative Support:
- Support Director of Operations
- Open and process mail upon arrival
- End of each day mail is dropped of at post office
- Maintain/schedule deliveries for Fed-Ex and UPS
- Maintain and implement monthly information for digital platform Neon
- Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed.
3. Contracting and Licensing (CLR):
- Maintain and update onboarding process for new financial representatives, interns and associates
- Support all members of the district in growing their licensure
- Manage contracts across the district
4. Coordination and Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to support office functions.
- Coordinate cross-departmental tasks and communications.

- Culture of Compliance: Maintain smooth office operations and timely completion of administrative tasks.

Remuneration:
- Compensation Package: $40,000
