The Financial Services Associate is part of a team that provides key operational support to financial advisors, engaging with both the advisors and their clients. A proactive professional with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to delivering a top-tier experience. On the insurance side, you’ll handle applications, underwriting, and servicing requests. On the investment side, you'll handle new client onboarding, funding, and rollover calls. Within this team, there are multiple paths to grow your knowledge and skills to progress in your career.
Responsibilities:
- Process applications with precision and efficiency
- Manage underwriting process and take action to move cases forward
- Process service requests such as name and address changes, beneficiary changes, and billing updates
- Collaborate with partners to develop high-quality financial plans
- Prepare and manage process of opening investment accounts
- Prepare and manage client communications
- Prepare Envestnet proposal for Advisory clients.
- Prepare Morningstar reports
- Prepare materials for quarterly and annual reviews: investment summary, consolidated investment reports
- Organize, manage, and coordinate back-office insurance and investment account services and support
- Thoroughly document case notes, thought process, and analysis, and assumptions
- General account servicing as directed by advisor
- Be the backup support for processing inbound checks, as needed
- Other projects assigned by leadership
Qualifications:
- 2 years of professional experience in a process-focused role (banking, mortgage, title/escrow, financial services)
- Team player with a customer service mindset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Compensation & Benefits Package:
- Annualized Salary of $60,000 more earning potential when licenses are acquired
- Additional Incentive Compensation $5,000-$10,000
