Role Description
As a member of the Integrated Financial Planning team, the Financial Planning Specialist works with financial advisors to deliver financial security to their clients through a comprehensive planning process that integrates risk and investment products. Specialists help financial representatives increase productivity by providing planning and integrated operations support. The ideal Financial Planning Specialist is a dedicated and collaborative team-player who can also work independently.
Investment Operations
- Provide all materials needed to support the investment client onboarding process
- Open/fund investment accounts and investment service requests such as funds disbursements, account transfers, securities trading and trade correction requests
- Complete investment service requests such as name and address changes, beneficiary changes, updates to banking information, etc.
Administrative & Operational
- Partner with the team and subscribing advisors with a variety of tasks that require a heightened attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong organizational skill including but not limited to task prioritization, email communication follow up, as well as tracking of various advisor and team related items
- Support team operational efforts as requested
- Reinforce registered representative adherence with network office business and compliance guidelines
- Reinforce the financial representative’s development and growth goals
Salary : $42,000 - $45,000
